Breast cysts - any tips?

I'm currently sitting in the breast clinic at my local hospital for the 4th time in as many years. As always, the lump has (thankfully) turned out to be a cyst. The sonographer said my breast looked like "cyst city" in the ultrasound Shock.

Has anyone had any luck dealing with cysts? I'm 43 and suspect it will just carry on like this until menopause Sad.

Has anyone had any luck with dietary changes, supplements, or things like mirena coil to balance hormones?
TIA

Hi, I had been diagnosed with cysts in 2016. They drained it after 6 months. I ask to check me up every year and have been told my breasts are lumpy with little cysts. I don’t follow any diet, and maybe I should give up coffee. I’m soon to be 42.
I don’t have any contraception things so can’t answer to that one.
Please don’t stress but at the same time keep yourself regularly checked.
Merry Christmas and good luck in the New Year.

I'm currently waiting for an app for the breast clinic due to pain in my left breast. Can't feel any lumps and wondering if anyone with cysts actually felt any pain with them. Obviously I'm in panic mode now as appointment is taking forever to come through.
