So I am on the pill, my last period ended 16/10 , took a pregnancy test when my next one was late but it was negative, I've been really stressed lately so just put it down to that but then another month went by, still nothing so I took a test a few days ago, wasn't sure if there was a line or not so I thought I'd retest in a couple days. The other day I was spotting a bit so I thought i was going to come on my period but then it stopped. Then I started spotting again last night and throughout today then all of a sudden I felt loads of bloody come gushing out, it completely soaked through my pad in about 2 minutes and there's been massive blood clots in it, that was an hour ago and I'm still bleeding so heavy I can't get off the toilet and my stomach is killing me, I looked at 111 online and it just tells me to go to my GP, anyone have a clue what it could be? I'm in such a panic but I don't think it's hospital worthy so don't know what to do 😩😩

If you've soaked through a pad that quick, and it's not normal for you, then you should go to hospital or an urgent care unit if you have one. Wishing you all the best Thanks

@qwertypink
I would ring your GP first thing tomo morning and request an emergency appointment, its likely you will be given a pelvic exam so id request a female GP.

I also agree that if you are bleeding that heavily you need to be assessed urgently, so I would make your way to A&E. (I’m medically trained, definitely do think this is hospital worthy if you are soaking pads that quickly!)
