Lately when I drink even a small amount of alcohol I get terrible pain in my knees and lower back. (I have the back pains sometimes anyway but unbearable after alcohol) One glass of wine last weekend made me vomit and was in pain (back stomach and knees) all of the next day.
In general I'm having pain in my thumb joints and just below my kneecaps and into my upper calf. Feels like I'd imagine growing pains. Sort of gnawing and makes me want to rub them or soak in a hot bath.
I have no other gout symptoms (No swelling etc) so don't think it's that. Maybe the two aren't connected but
Any ideas?
I'm mid doctor change as I've moved so putting off going. Just wondered if anyone has the same problem.
