Vaginal Swelling

We’re currently TTC so I’m in the habit of checking my cervix regularly. Well last night I went to check my cervix and I felt a swelling just inside me on the wall of my vagina. I checked again this morning and although it’s gone down a bit it’s still there right at the opening. It currently feels like a I morning wide sideways tube (I can’t think of a better word) right inside the opening). It’s not painful or uncomfortable or anything it’s just there if that makes sense. Although when I’m sitting I think I can feel it but I’m know sure if it’s my mind playing tricks because I know it’s there.

I’m currently entering my 4th day late with AF and all tests are currently BFN if that makes any difference.

Is this something I should be worried about or do I just let it be at the moment and see how it goes?

I’m almost 40 so I thought I’d know what was going on with my body by this point!

It should say 1cm wide I'm not sure where the morning phrase came from!
