Has anyone had any experience with adenomyosis? I've just been diagnosed. Is there anything that helps the condition? Will it affect my fertility?

Yes, I have it

There are a few things you can do, anti inflammatory diet (no gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine, alcohol). And there's also a lot of supplements you can take to help

If affects people differently regarding fertility but lots of people have unassisted healthy pregnancies

@aimee3 no problem, let me know if I can help with anything else. I've seen a few different doctors about it x

myttcjourney - thank you. Can I also ask what supplements you take for it?

@Aimee3 of course

I take curcumin, resveratrol, D3, fish oil, myo-inositol, folic acid

I don't have any but am going to also buy some ubiquinol

There are so many others that are meant to be good to take, but I don't want to be taking 30585 pills a day so I'm sticking to those for now x
