Best period tracker app

Any recommendations?
I'm peri-menopausal, rather than trying to conceive.

I use Clue. TBH I started using it on a friend’s recommendation. I can’t say definitively that it’s the best but I find it easy to use.

I find Flo app useful

I use Clue. I don't pay for it but it's been really helpful. Turn off notifications though - I was in a 121 and my phone flashed up 'your period will start in two days'

I use one called fertility friend. Clue never got it right with me!

Do any of these allow you to track symptoms? So I want to add which days I get murderous rage PMT.

I've used Ovia for the last 5 years and it's very accurate.

I found the Flo app great. It helped me understand my cycle when we were TTC and let's you log physical symptoms and mood throughout the month.

I use the free version of iPeriod and have done for years. So does dd.

I use Clue, but I haven't used any other to compare, which I suspect will be the same with most people unless it was a really bad experience. For me it's basically just doing what I used to track on paper.

If you have an iPhone then iOS 13 has a pretty good built in period tracker (under the Health app)

My peri menopause DW uses it (and gets notifications via her Apple Watch when it estimates is due/due to finish)

The best app I think that's also free is glow
