Depressed with my post baby body

I had a baby 18 months ago and let’s just say I never tightened up not even a little. I can longer feel sex and have a lot of pelvic pain.

Doctors say there is nothing wrong with me and to just exercise. Kegels haven’t worked so I bought a kegel8 and never saw any difference.

I feel like my life is over and I’m only 25. This had made me really depressed and I often think about suicide. I just don’t know what to do anymore. My sex life is over, my relationship is dead and I don’t really enjoy being a mum.

Please go and see another doctor, there is definitely something wrong! Also tell them you have been contemplating suicide. You need help to get through this.

I have seen about 4 docs they all say nothing is wrong and take antidepressants.

Are the 4 docs all GPs? It may be worth going to see a specialist women's physio.

Physio said do Kegel. Gynaecologist said I am fine no prolapse so no problem I guess.
