Fibroid pain in lower back?!

Hi there

I recently had a miscarriage and at this time I found out that I have a few fibroids, one quite large. In recent years I've suffered lower back pain and my GP could never get to the bottom of it. I'm now thinking it could be the fibroids. Has anyone experienced this?? It's a twingey, radiating achey pain. Ranges from mild to really quite severe.
Thanks for reading

I have chronic back pain currently that they can't get to the bottom of .
Fibroids crossed my mind.
I'm 51 though and thought I was too old for them.

@MardyGrass they told me that fibroids don't start shrinking until menopause so if you haven't gone through it yet maybe?? It's an awful gnawing, throbbing pain that I can only describe as like toothache. Hot water bottle seems to help ease it

Indeed hot water bottle helps me.

Seeing GP again this week .

Think I am post menopausal so chances are not fibroids although I think in some people they continue to grow.

Though he's a bit rubbish and tends to go 'Hmmmm ' a lot.
