Where do you feel ovarian cyst/fibroid pain?

I have discomfort and tenderness to the right of my belly button. Not sudden onset, no fever. At a check up last year there was a small ovarian cyst which resolved and a small fibroid. I'll get this checked out next week but am wondering if a fibroid or cyst could be causing discomfort in that position or should gynae pain be lower?

@BloomedAgain did you get this looked at?

I have a very similar pain, with a mega long period too

I have multiple fibroids (at least 3 at the last count) and often get a sharp stabbing pain and a sensation of "something there" on my right side, just in from my pelvis. It might be nothing to do with these but I definitely have a feeling of that side being different from the other. Then in the run up to my period (which feels like pretty much all the time at the moment) i have a dull ache feeling and fullness in my lower abdomen - basically in the area between my pelvis. I had an ultrasound re. the fibroids which picked up an ovarian cyst last year but than had gone when I had a follow-up. Seeing my gynae tomorrow for results of an MRI and hopefully a plan of action to resolve these issues. You can have fibroids inside your womb, within the wall of it or growing on the outside, so i guess pain and discomfort could cover a big area. I'd see your GP if you're concerned.
