CIN3 - after LLETZ

Had a number of biopsies done 4 weeks ago after my smear. Got called back to hospital on Tuesday for LLETZ and was told I had CIN3.

LLETZ wasn't too bad except I bled a lot and needed a lot of anaesthetic. I've been fine the last couple of days. Today I've had to do a lot at work, some lifting and lots of walking. I'm exhausted and really shouldn't have done so much. I'm now bleeding quite a lot with some stomach pain - I've bled through a night time pad in about 90 minutes. Bright red blood.

At what point - if any - do I look at this being an issue? Or is it usual? I wasn't told anything to expect, other than 4-6 week recovery.

I found the bleeding after lletz bright red too, I think went on for a couple of weeks... the specialist nurses at the hospital should be around to take a call if you’re worried? Hope you manage to rest properly over the weekend.
