Unicornuate uterus and endometriosis

Anyone else have this very excellent combination? I've just come off contraception to try and get pregnant but finding my endometriosis symptoms are flaring up big-time. I'm worried my unicornuate uterus/Endo will make it difficult to conceive and in the meantime my Endo symptoms will just get worse. I also get horrendous ovulation pain from my right ovary (which isn't attached to anything). GP has just recommended pain management with cocodomol and naproxen which whilst dulls pain doesn't really allow me to carry on with life and work and still needing time off because they just make me feel rubbish. Considering private appointment with a specialist to explore other options. Anyone know any good Endo specialists in Surrey area to recommend?

Hey, I don't have endo but do have uterus didelphys which I guess is double a unicornate! I've been ttc since April 2019 with no luck although I've never been told that I can't, just that it might be harder. I see a specialist at the Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea hospital, centre for disorders of reproductive development and adolescent gynaecology, would your GP refer you to them for a chat?
