Large intramural fibroid

Hi there, I'm 35, no children and want a pregnancy in the future.
I have been diagnosed with one 13cm large intramural fibroid - no pain but heavy periods, bladder pressure, constipation and it's visible.
I have an option to either leave the fibroid or have a myomectomy.
I would like to hear from women who have successfully had a baby and also who have had problems with fertility/pregnancy either with a fibroid similar to mine or after a myomectomy.
Thank you in advance.

Not me but my sister. She has one near the neck of her cervix. She has had 2 successful pregnancies, but both had to be delivered by section as the fibroid blocked the exit route. This was prior to any surgery on the fibroid.
Since then she has had a couple of goes at myemoectomy but it keeps coming back (has had had urinary issues and so on). It sounds awful and you have my profound sympathies.
