Evening all
Bit of background. I'm 29 fit and healthy I've 3 children. All quickly conceived and normal delivery. I do have pcos. Anyways every year since ages 15 I get around 2 kidney infections per year usually winter time. Well since new years eve this year I've been in and out gp a and e every single week with recurrent kidney and uti. I mean literally every week.

I've been on so many antibiotics these past 11 months, ive been on codeine non stop due to the pain. Well 2 months back I was referred to urology who under general anesthesia did a cystoscopy and urethral dilation. Well no help at all. I'm peeing every 30 minutes with such urgency. It stings like a bitttchhh too. I have constant pain near my right kidney in my back 24 7. Mostly the pain is horrible but it does get so bad I cant talk or move.
I have been re referred to urologist again. I have bladder scan and urinary tract scan booked as well as urine flow test all in December. But my gp thinks it could be interstitial-cystitis which once I looked up my symptoms it's like a switch flicked on. I have had ct scans ect showed nothing. It's really beginning to get me down as I find it hard to work or live life normally I'm now on tramadol too dependent on pain each day either codeine 280mg per day or tramadol. Both make me very dizzy but do help take the edge off but I'm sick of taking all these pills. I'm getting ulcers in the mouth because of it I'm just at my wits end. I will mention to urologist about what the doctor has suggested but anyone else had this issue?

I have pcos and every month I get a flair up, frequent urination, dragging feeling it’s horrendous, I’ve also had microscopic blood in my urine but they never find a infection on the dip test. It’s actually driving me insane, I did wonder if it could be hormonal or even possibly endometriosis as I have IBS aswell.. nobody seems to be able to give me answers 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's very strange isn't it and very painful. Just want a diagnosis so I can manage it best I can really feel for you. Yea many times I've had blood in urine but almost everytime I have white blood cells present in urine even if just a trace x
