Bit of a background story..

Periods have always been all over very irregular up to 46 days apart one time even went 7 months without one!
Started having pains during sex around 2 years ago, was checked at doctors nothing showed up but the pain continued and got worse.
Then had trouble trying for a baby, fell pregnant and had an early miscarriage around 5 weeks then after another year of trying was finally getting referred to a specialist then days before my appointment I got a positive pregnancy test!!!
Had my little boy vaginal birth where he made quite a bit of damage inside of me on his way out, stitched and checked 6 weeks later and stitches were said to have healed perfectly. He is now 7 months old.
Ever since sex has been near enough impossible as it's just too painful and Iv had a lot of discharge, got swabs done and all came back clear. Decided to start the depo injection 4 weeks ago, had some brown spotting 2 days ago then today I had very strong cramps and a very strong stomach pain which keeled me over for a couple of minutes. Next time I went to the toilet I took my tampon out and when I wiped this was on the tissue??

Iv been to the doctors and showed her the pic she said it looks like tissue but couldn't say what it is. I'm going back on Friday when my period has calmed down to get checked but I can't stop thinking about it! I don't think it's possible I was pregnant but every picture Iv seen that looks similar says it's a miscarriage?

Anyone have any idea?

Looks like endemetrial cast or deciduous cast.

Decidual even.

Fucksake, not my dad. Grin DD. It's when the whole lining sheds as one, sometimes in a uterine shape too. A bit fascinating, a bit gross x
