Any Sonograpgher Radiographer who can help with my recent pelvic scan? Collapsing follicle or something sinister?

Hi ladies,

I recently had a pelvic scan because I felt my right side of my tummy stuck out more than the left. However on seeing an osteo he thinks it is due to my slight leg discrepancy and that my muscle tone is stronger on that side. However I have my results if someone could make head and tail of them. I understand only my GP can give actual correct info etc etc.

I have my follow up scan on Saturday which will be around 3 days after my period has ended.

My CA125 result was normal at level 15.

Offering a handhold op because it’s never nice having uncertainty about these things Flowers

It reads as pretty unremarkable and with the CA125 in the normal range you can probably relax and not worry x

I’ve got a lonnnnng history of cysts, TVscans and investigations of this type so I know it can be very stressful Biscuit

Have you had cysts found before?

@ambivert thank you so much that is incredibly kind of you.

No cysts at all no. They messed up my scan report in a way because he put my period was 1 to 2 weeks prior to the scan and it was 3 to almost 4 weeks as I came on my period 5 days later.

I have not had pain in that area just my right side sticks out a bit more but my osteo thinks it is my tilted pelvis and leg discrepancy. Periods can be 26 days one month and then 31 the next but that is normal for me and has been for years.

Not sure what the prominent vascularity of the myomentium suggests but either way I will find out more next week with the GP I suspect. xxxx
