Hormonal Blood results, can anyone take a look?

I'm due to see my doctor on Monday to discuss. She suspected perimenopause, but looks like it was actually vitamin D deficiency causing my symptoms to me, can anyone interpret?

Serum total 25-OH vit D level 23.000 nmol/L - nmol/L

Serum testosterone 0.300 nmol/L 0.3 - 1.7 nmol/L
Serum prolactin level 295.000 mIU/L - 700 mIU/L

OESTRADIOL
