Still no period after MC

So, I had a miscarriage on 13.07.2019, all come away fine. No problem there. I had my visit from AF ON 3.10.2019 and she went away 7.10.
I've still not had my visit this month.
I'm on day 43 of my cycle and it's bringing me down. I have taken a test and it's negative

In fact I've taken 10 to make sure.

What shall i do next??
I just want to go back to having a period :(

It will probably just take time to settle back to normal. Some people go straight back to normal, others take ages.

My usual cycle length is 34 days ish, after my mc I had a 54 day cycle then a 28 day one (never had one so short ever before). Hope af arrives for you soon.
