White blotches on my nipple

Hi mum's I have white blotches on my nipple, it is not around it it's on my actual nipple does anyone knows what this means.. I've took loads of pregnancy tests all negative? Many thanks x

You know what we're going to say. You need to consult your GP about any breast changes.
Ring in the morning for an urgent appointment.

Right at the end? Where the milk comes out? Can you remove it? Like some old leaky milk?

It is all over my nipple I haven't breast feed in over a year. And doesn't wipe off
