Any ladies of this age group experienced vaginal bleeding?

It is a definite red flag and needs medical intervention urgently.

I'd go to your doctor as soon as possible. My mum had this out of the blue and was diagnosed with cancer.

That’s our concern. She is on dialysis so is in hospital 3 times a week and the doctors are aware. She has tests coming up but they are weeks away. She has lost so much weight and is just over 6 stone I can see her becoming more frail by the day. Her last blood results this week were off the scale. I don’t understand why they have not kept her in. Ask just a year past a stroke and heart attack.
She was seen my gynae last week who said to them all looked normal that’s why I am confused. She has previously had renal cancer too.

Quote the "Two Week Rule" to the doctor. Anything which is a strong indicator of cancer, such as post-menopausal bleeding, should be referred and investigated within two weeks.

I speak from experience - I had bleeding at the end of September, and am having a hysterectomy next week following diagnosis of an endometrial tumour.

Of course, in the vast majority of cases the cause will be benign. And you say she's seen a gynae already - they might already have reviewed her symptoms and decided it's nothing to worry about.

We are awaiting an appointment to check for bladder lesions and also to check her kidneys as she has had a failed transplant and also renal cancer before.
