Reoccuring thrush

Any tips on how to stop it coming back?
Any idea what is good to use in the bath? I understand that certain bubble baths etc might make it worse.

Have you had your blood sugar levels checked? Recurring thrush was one of my first signs of type 2 diabetes.

For me it was a symptom yes. Recurring thrush is not nice under any circumstances so if your OTC treatment isn’t working then it’s definitely time to get seen.

Use very gentle soap or none at all, definitely avoid bubble bath unless a baby one.
If your partner is not being treated at the same time they will be a carrier and continue to reinfect you.
