So I'm turning 30 next year and right now I feel like I'm having a whole load of health problems. Migraines, constantly tired, hair loss, premature greying, dizziness, feeling demotivated in general. It's really affecting my day to day activities. Is it down to my age? Or am I overthinking it? My doctors are no help at all. All they do is state the obvious and send me home.

I've got 2 kids - DD is 4 years old and DS is 22 months old. For sake need my health back on track.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Have you had a blood test done to properly assess what your thyroid gland levels are like?. All that you describe can be due to problems with the thyroid gland.

@AttilaTheMeerkat I've had bloods done on doctor's request and the results came back as low iron levels. My GP has given me ferrous fumerate but I've always been anaemia. I think there's an underlying problem that isn't being picked up.

You're still pretty young, I wouldn't say any of it is down to age. I got my first grey hair in my 20s so I think 30 sounds about right. I would imagine you are tired (having young kids!) and run down. Do you take supplements?

@Samsamsuperman It could be the hectic lifestyle. At the moment I'm taking B vitamins, Vitamin D and the iron tablets prescribed by the GP.
