Terrified

Copy of ultrasound in comments

I had been having some right side tummy swelling but no mass felt by dr just more firmer slightly and sticks out more. Osteo discovered a leg length discrepancy and was convinced the firmness and slight fullness one side was because tummy muscle was stronger to compensate on one side...

Anyway had my transvaginal ultrasound and I need a repeat ultrasound just after period and a CA125 test as I had a folicle not gone back down. I was scanned around day 20/21 of my cycle.

When I saw abnormal scan on top of notes she was reading I almost died.

Weird thing is the sonographer at the time said to me without me asking 'I cannot see anything there to concern me' well he must have....

My scan results which I just obtained say the following

Well defined area of reduced echogenicity within right ovary measuring 17mmx22×13 and demonstrates some peripheral vascularity. There is a trace of free fluid within the rectouterine pouch
No obvious adenxal mass identified
Appearances appear to represent a collapsing follicle in the presence of a normal ca125 a rescan at opposite phase of cycle for resolution is advised.
