First period after pregnancy. Worried!

My baby boy is 8 weeks old now. I started my period around 3 weeks ago if not longer and it doesn't seem to be easing off just getting heavier! I've started back on the pill just before the bleeding started, I thought would stop the bleeding but no Sad
Was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this?
Hoping it's nothing to worry about 🙈

It could be worth a trip to gp hun they might do bloods and check for anemia. Has it been constant heavy? X

It was quite light at first but not easing off atall 😩
Going to ring the gp first thing Monday I think.
