Urinary fistula???

So I've had two children my first a planned c section and the second a emergency csection after hours and hours in labour and only dialating 2 cm. Anyway my daughter is now 7 months and I have been feeling my normal self I haven't done any exercise at all really since b4 my first child who is now two. But yesterday I went jogging only for about 45 mins and slowly not too much. Last night I was feeling very tired and this morning and today I have felt quite run down feverish and just generally not myself. Not long ago I put a load of washing on and my washing machine stopped working it's 3 floors down so I had to empty it wash everything out in my bath 3 floors up ...ring it out n throw it all back into dryer 3 floors down ... Let me say it was heavy work everything was soaking wet in dirty water. I had to drain washing machine out tilt it up. Basically alot of heavy lifting and moving. So I just decided to have a bath and cool down and when I stood up and started drying myself all this wee just came out of my vagina. Not the usual place for wee to exit may I say. As I squeezed more come. Now I've out on a pad thinking omg what is going on. And I'm just sitting down now but I can feel a burning sensation in my abdomen and pelvis. Should I be worried. What could this be. Has anyone else had this???

Are you sure it’s not just retained bath water op?
Many a time, I’ve had a bath and afterwards water has trickled out of my vagina. I think it must depend on the shape of your vagina. Ie, my cervix is naturally quite far back. I get water can get lodged there. When your standing and walking about it can trickle out etc. It may also depend on time of your cycle, ie, is your cervix open. As more water could collect further up.
