I'm considering ditching tampons for menstrual Cup or similar but came across these flex discs. These are disposable but supposedly better for environment than pads or tampons.
Added perk of sex while on period. But, I read you're not supposed to use caya diaphragm while on period but these seem v v similar.
Are flex safe? Is caya safe for sex on period? It's a bit mixed messages. I'm happy to try cups as really sick of tampons but quite like idea of solution to getting jiggy during shark week as I heard it called on here!
