I am writing this in some pain - need to find a really good Uro-Gynae in London. Keep having extreme UTIs that kind of aren't - no test ever finds a cause, although I've had pyelonephritis in the past. Now it's not so severe but is getting chronic. My GP is not really helping and I am getting tired being in pain all the time. It seems to be set off by stress, that is the only constant cause. If anyone can help with a recommendation I'd be grateful.
