How much is normal - going to docs in late 30's

I feel like I'm always there! If it's not a gynae/contraception related thing, it's a gastro thing or a breast thing. I do suffer from anxiety which may cause the gastro stuff (which by the way really hurts!) but in general there are valid health symptoms/complaints which require a visit to doc!

It's so annoying, feels like one thing after another and I feel like a nag. Just wondered if this is normal. I am fit and healthy, normal weight, active, don't drink/smoke, reasonable diet etc. Is it just me? I reckon I am in contact with a doctor about once a month for myself (either an appointment or phone call), sometimes more if investigations needed. And then there's the kids' occasional appointments on top...!!

@Ouchy totally could of written this myself! I'm 35 and I feel like I go about the same amount, boob stuff, smear tests, follow up smear test because I had abnormal cells, my kids appointments - and yes I have anxiety to so maybe I'm over active at the doctors but I always go with valid symptoms - it's exhausting - the silly thing is I said to her -I've never had the flu and I rarely get colds or anything like that, I'm active and don't smoke etc / but I seem to get weird things to go about or not completely common easy things!

I'm 32 and feel proud of myself if I go a month without seeing someone Sad. Raging health anxiety here but genuine physical issues too. Every day I have something. Really and truly every bloody day.
