Is this hormones?

I came off the pill nearly 7 month ago since then i am covered in acne, not on my face but on my shoulders arms and back.
I have hairs growing under my chin!
And my hair is so so sooo greasy it is unreal to the point where ive had it lightened to dry it out a little. My hair seems even more oily now!

I am getting a little worried that these could be signs of PCOS?
Please has anyone suffered from these symptoms?

I came off the pill and was on it for 17 years. I had extra facially hair on it and no more so since I was off it, head hair loss form about aged 15/16, I have diagnosed PCOS. It is what it is though and the pill meant when I went for a scan whilst on it, I had no obvious cysts at the time. How is your weight and how have your periods been?

I am suffering from slight hair loss, i seem to be receeding round my front hairline.
Weight wise i would say i have lost a few pound since being off the pill. Periods literally like clock work- always suffered with heaviness and severe back ache xx
