Yacella Contraceptive - Any experience with this one?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the Yacella combined pill?

I recently decided to go back on the pill but after a break of nearly two years, I wanted to try something new. My skin hasn't been great in recent years and a friend from work, for that reason, was prescribed Yacella.

I'd never heard of it but mentioned this to my doctor and she was happy for me to try it.

Most search results pull up info for Yasmin - the way my doctor spoke about it (as she mentioned Yasmin as another option) made it seem that these are completely different but a lot of search results indicate they're the same?

Just wondered if anyone else had any experience with this one? I've heard a lot of negatives about Yasmin and the increased blood clot risks that are reported with it worry me a bit!
