Montgomery’s Tubercles

Oh good lord. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have noticed my breasts - particularly the left one getting a bit itchy. I’ve not really thought too much of it however have noticed today as I got ready for bed that both breasts have raised lumps / spots around the nipple only on the areola.
A quick google (I’m sure a doctors worst nightmare) and it seems highly likely they are Montgomery’s tubercles and perfectly ok and normal especially in early pregnancy.

I just wondered if anyone else had experienced them and when they went - they are quite unsightly and I’m already feeling self conscious about how my body is changing so spotty nipples was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise!!
