Wondering if anyone has any ideas I get painful boobs each month related to menstrual cycle. This month my breast pain has been throughout the month and they are so so sore.
I know third works problems and all that, but wondered if anyone has any thoughts on causes or has experienced the same. I’ve always been a runner and wear good fitting bras but I guess it’s possible this has aggravated but unsure why it hasn’t happened before.
