Just looking to see if anyone else has had the same?
Came off the pill a year ago, and within a couple of months my periods were back to normal (25 days for me). No issues.
However the last 3 months I have been spotting for 5 days before my period, and it then only last for 3 days (used to be 5-6)
No lifestyle changes for me, and I'm definitely not pregnant so can't be that.
Does anyone have any ideas why this could be? It's quite inconvenient!
