Period for 4 weeks now - awaiting results.

Basically as above. First drs thought I had TSS as strong stomach cramps, muscle aches and tired but now done blood test. Time to await results. I know this isn't a drs here but alongside this I've had awful backache and slight bruising along my spine for no reason. Also not a miscarriage as done x2 tests.
My tiredness is prob down to so much blood loss prob made me anaemic.
Could the overly long period be down to stress or something more serious?

@Aquamarine1029 is age relevant? I am late 20's. Currently on the pill, no missed ones had breakthrough bleed then continuous bleed when restarted next pack of pills...

Of course age can be relevant. The symptoms you have are very common during Peri-menopause.
