Early 30’s period changes? Help

I get my period like clockwork at the end of every month. July’s period was however, somewhat lighter than usual. I also found I began getting spots in places I don’t usually get them. I then noticed a small amount of discharge of some kind coming from my nipple. Last month I had some very very light bleeding, around 2 weeks after my July period but it stopped after a few days. The beginning of this month I developed a cold sore after not having one for 14 years. Then today I came on but at a different time to when I usually do. I have noticed my mood becoming more irritable also the past few weeks. I’m 32 and clueless as to what’s going on with me. Anyone having similar issues?

Have you been to see your GP? Have you felt for lumps? Also when was your last smear?

I am booked in with my GP for the end of the month. I have felt for lumps but myself couldn’t feel anything. My last smear was last year.

Any chance you could be pregnant? You do hear of stories where women continued to get some beeding when pregnant.
