I am a first time mum to my 9 week old daughter. I started taking the mini pill 2 weeks ago (as I am breasteeding so was told I can't take the combined pill). Five days ago I stopped taking it as it was affecting my milk supply. Four days ago I started bleeding really light, and for the past two days since then I have had a really heavy flow.
This is my first 'period' since having a baby. Is it normal for my period to be really heavy after stopping the pill? Did your periods become heavier since having a baby?
