Stitched up wrong?

Hello, I have recently had a baby (2 months ago) today I have noticed that in my vagina I have what looks like little pieces of flesh? Does anybody know what this can be I'll obviously be going to the doctor's when they open? Thankyou

I have this and was told it was remnants of my hymen, they've apparently always been there but more visible after childbirth due to the 'opening' changing.
