For the last couple of years since having a copper coil fitted I have had random bouts of pain in my lower abdomen. During these times my womb feels really swollen and sore and heavy. My periods have been all over the place too. My GP finally sent me for an ultrasound. The sonographer said everything looked fine but I have a wandering left ovary which was fairly normal so not to worry. I didn't ask questions as I just wanted to get out of there quickly! But I am now wandering what exactly is it? Why has it happened? Google has not been my friend and hasn't given me any info. Anyone have ideas??
