What’s going on ??

So my period came in the 1st July and lasted about 6 days. We had unprotected sex twice on the 7th and on the 8th I took the morning after pill. I started bleeding on the 18th what I thought was a light period which lasted 6 days but that would have made my cycle for that month 17 days and it is usually 28-30 days. I took a pregnancy test on the 3rd of August which came back positive and another one the following day and the positive came back stronger but I have spotted none stop since the 2nd of August. It is red and brown and I have took another pregnancy test and it is coming up with a vvvvvfaint positive line so I have no idea what is going on. Can anyone advise me?

You've possibly had a miscarriage. Worth visiting your doctor. They can send you for an early pregnancy scan.
Was there any clots when your bleeding?

I have visited the doctor and tbh she didn’t really care and just said miscarriage and if it ain’t sorted out in 2 weeks or so to go back x

And there has only been one clot which was no bigger than a 10p coin x
