I’ve just rejoined slimming world and am really struggling to lose the weight it’s not coming off! I’ve done sw before and lost almost two stone. Went back to work, let it slide a little! Fast forward a few months and I’ve put on 2st 4lb in a matter of months! Since rejoining I’ve been following it religiously, sticking to my syns etc. And I’ve stayed the same for the last few weeks! I also had an awful two weeks where I didn’t stick to plan at all my diet was awful, buffet food, parties etc to my amazement I only put on 1lb! What is going on is it worth sticking to plan another week to see what happens? Or book an appointment with the doctor, could it be thyroid? Like I’ve said I’ve never had problems losing on SW before?! Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks x
