Hey! I know its common most ladies get bad PMS but mine is getting worse every month! Dont know why im posting this mainly to vent my anger [wink] and hopefully get some advise on anything that can help herbal remedies etc... Im usually a laid back happy person but i feel full of anger, exhausted, hungry cannot stop eating crap which pisses me off even more! I dont want to talk to anyone i would love to just lay on sofa eating crap all day with the curtains drawn [confused]even though I'm an outside fresh air person usually! Even when I'm driving i feel all over the place an weak an shaky, I'm out of breath after just tying my shoe laces lol which is ridiculous (by the way i am relatively fit) Im defiantly no snowflake even though i sound like one now Maybe i feel worse as its the kiddies holidays an i should be 'the fun mum' which i will be again once this passes [grin] Does anyone take any herbal remedies that help with hormones etc or any experience of making symptoms easier? Thanks x
