Canetest bv or thrush rest

Has anybody used these?
I just bought one, checked the instructions first. It says the tip should turn blue/green for BV stay yellow for thrush/normal.

The whole thing in the middle turned a blue/green but with yellow still around the edges on most parts.
I'm going to check with the chemist tomorrow but is that positive for Bv?

It seems likely it is BV and the only reason for the partial colour change was the amount of discharge on the stick - obviously it only picks up where you swipe.

@JinglingHellsBells thank you for your reply. I have done an online form with the GP (who knew such things existed!) so waiting for them to get back to me to see what the best treatment is. NHS online says antibiotics. Although that could take till Monday night, hopefully not as I've had symptoms on and off for about 3 weeks but presumed I was getting thrush.
