Yesterday I woke up with a horrible bout of diarrhoea just out of the blue along with severe pain in my stomach as the morning went on the pain moved into my lower back and it actually feels like really strong contractions in both my back and stomach!!
I am not pregnant and I am not due on I don't have periods due to the mini pill.
The pain subsided this afternoon then around 3pm I went for a wee and the pain came straight back into my lower back! The pain only subsides slightly when I sit down. I have no pain in my urine and I do however suffer with IBS I'm wondering if anyone else has had anything like this? Maybe a kidney infection? I am going to ring 111 tomorrow but I suffer with anxiety so would just like to hear anyone else's stories.
