So my right boob has been a bit sore, Iv now realised under my nipple there is a fatty soft mass and a lump to the side of it aswell.. it's quite sore and I can't feel the outline of my implant like I can on the other breast.. I noticed swelling under my nipple also compared to the other boob. Has anyone had this or know what it could be. Thank you

Saline or Silicone? It'll be a slow leak and hard to detect if it's silicone, so you'd need an mri. If it's saline your boob should have deflated considerably.

@cokecola32 it's gel so sillicone. I'm trying to put off incase the lump is just hormonal. It hasn't deflated it's always not been as hard and round as the other x

It's really hard to tell with cohesive, there's not supposed to be much leakage, I'd give it a few days to see, but you'll only know for sure with an mri.

You can go to your local breast unit and they will do an ultrasound/imaging to see if it’s ruptured.

However if you had it done for cosmetic issues they will not fix it for you. They’ll remove it but you’ll have to replace it yourself.

Brain is a troll, ignore them.

PopCorney · 01/08/2019 06:54

We had women in all the time with implant issues. They will check it and make it “safe”, but the cost of replacement falls on you.

See your GP and ask for a referral to the breast unit.
