This is really embarrassing for me so I've not been able to talk to anyone about it but I really need advice.
I have a bulge at the entrance to my vagina under the urethra going right inside to the front wall. I'm in severe pain tonight with lower back pain, pelvic pain and in agony in my vagina. I'm feeling constant pressure down there like I need to push something out. Sitting down hurts I feel like I'm sitting on something. I'm struggling to pass a bowel movement for over a week and sorry for being graphic but I can feel my bowel contents protruding really bad into my vagina and no matter how hard i strain it's not coming at all. I'm kind of torn what to do here. I don't know if it's something that can be looked at tonight or if I should just wait and see my gp. But it's soo sore and uncomfortable I'm literally crying at times. The bulge feels really raw. I'm struggling to pass urine also it's coming out slowly but defo no where near emptying my bladder. I'm so embarrassed to write this but I just need advice from other woman especially those who have maybe dealt with it before. Thank you
