Cystocele/Rectocele Repair

Our little girl had a difficult birth, and for reasons I won't go into here (you've heard them all before!) my wife now suffers from Cystocele and Rectocele. In the months after the birth, she had "remedial" surgery (at significant cost) which didn't work. She now has issues with odd aches and pains apparently originating in the damaged and displaced organs as well as the pain and discomfort of the original damage.

The NHS has been about as much good as a chocolate teapot. They have sent her round and round in circles, getting no-where and not being helped. She has lost faith in doctors and especially the NHS. I want to turn this around, so I need some advice.

Has anyone experience of a seriously good hospital/surgeon who will take the time and effort to get this sorted? What is needed is some remedial work to correct the Cystocele/Rectocele, while at the same time looking deeper to see the origins of the other aches/pains and fix them. While I'm not exactly flush, for this, money is no object. Nor is geography: we'll go anywhere that can help....If we can get my poor wife back to her once superb fitness, it's worth more than any money in the bank.....HELP!!!!

Thanks

Jim
