I think I have mastitis in my right boob for the third time this month! The blocked ducts are in a different place each time. I needed antibiotics with the first one (high temp etc) but cleared the second with massage and feeding as I caught it early. Hopefully I can do the same again, but had anyone got advice for preventing a fourth onset? This is so annoying, at 4 months I thought I'd cracked this breastfeeding lark!
