Low iron level

I was diagnosed with very low iron a couple of months ago - I had several transfusions, high dosages of iron tablets and various tests which have all ruled out anything nasty as a cause so far,

Dr reckons I have been slowly depleting my levels for years as nothing else had shown to be the cause

I'm still tired but not as much as before and I'm losing hair every day
Anyone take anything supplement wise or food wise to boost hair loss as I'm worried more about this than anything else - smells so as not to drip feed Dr says I'm head up starting menopause and hair loss and tiredness will also be affected by that !

I take a high dose B multivitamin to help with hair loss. To help with tiredness get a thyroid level (antibodies as well as TSH) and take VIt D and Magnesium daily

I find Spatone the best way to get iron.

Also combining iron rich food with vitamin c, so a spinach omelette with orange juice for example.
