Freckles and blood blisters

I'm 39 and have noticed a small increase in freckles, in non sun exposed areas e.g. under breasts. I also have an increase in tiny blood blisters across my chest. Is this a normal age thing?

I’m 41 and my stomach looks like someone has splattered me with red paint on my tummy with loads of little to big ‘spider apots’ Or cherry anginomas. Not sure if it is age, sometimes I think it could be a good allergy. I quit gluten 7 years ago, so know it isn’t that. Could be dairy?

I read that tiny blood blisters (specks) can be a side effect of ads. I've just come off them anyway so that might be that. Not sure about the freckles, but have a breast ultrasound tomorrow so I'll ask then.
