Period a week early?

Never had this before I'm usually pretty regular within a day or 2! Cycle length varies usually 24/25 days but I've started today and it's 6 days early! Any ideas why this could be? Not sure if I should be worried or not!

I’ve had similar recently. Usually have a 24-25 days cycle but last month it was 17! Also managed an unheard of 31 day cycle. Very confusing. Thought I was a bit young for perimenopause (I’m 38) but I’m going to keep an eye on it.

How old are you?

My period were spot on 28 day cycle even down to the hour. For approx 32 years (from age 12). However, fir the last couple of years they are unpredictable 🙁

@H8624 I have this exact same issue. I am currently on day 19 of a 25 day cycle (which is like clockwork) and its not like my normal period either. I dont normally have terrible ones but this is just 'there' nothing terrible or heavy etc but very lightheaded the last few days. This is day two and I am very puzzled. No new stresses etc so very weird.

I'm 27 so hoping it's just a fluke! Just a bit odd as it caught me off guard and now has me worrying! Perhaps it'll be gone by tomorrow and back in a week?
