Pelvic 'pressure' / dragging - not pregnant..

Literally just today whilst at work, I have randomly started with the kind of pressure or 'dragging sensation' that I only experienced when close to labour.
I'm very much not pregnant and have no other symptoms.
I have been inexplicably exhausted for the past 10 days or so.
I don't have any real signs of prolapse although I am 41 and have delivered 3 large babies, the youngest is 12..
Any ideas? it's lasted all day and is so strange.
Thanks in advance.

I experience this sensation occasionally. It only started last year. Was referred to gynae. It was a prolapse. My DC are 8+9! I'd had no other previous problems- just out of the blue sporadically last year a heavy dropping feeling .

I've just been referred to gynae physio!

Sounds like a prolapse, you need to get checked.

Best to get it checked. I had a retroverted uterus after my 2nd child & it got to the stage where I was only able to get around on my hands & knees. I had a Ventry Suspension as a priority case & it made all the difference.
